Earn While You Learn
- Participants paid hourly minimum wage weekly
- 9 Weeks | Monday - Thursday from 9AM - 3PM
- Any supplies needed for the program are provided
- Additional supports available to participants if needed, such as reimbursement for work clothing, covering counselling sessions, one-on-one supports, etc.
- Employer wage reimbursement is simple with minimal paperwork required. Employers are reimbursed within 3 business days.
- Participant will receive a $300 completion bonus for successfully completing the program and finding and maintaining employment
Program Requirements:
- Not attending school
- Youth between the age of 16 - 30
- Canadian Citizen
Interested in applying?
Programs typically run 4 – 5 times per year with intake dates announced no later than 4 weeks prior to intake start. Program start dates will be posted to the Transitions website and social media pages.
